Mindfulness and wearable tech aim to prevent dangerous pregnancy condition

Summary
This study tests whether mindfulness training, with or without wearable biosensors, can help prevent preeclampsia in pregnant women at moderate to high risk. 90 women will be randomly assigned to one of three groups: mindfulness plus biosensors, mindfulness alone, or standard prenatal care. The main goal is to see if such a study is feasible to run across multiple sites.
