Can a 'Brain Food' diet fight chemotherapy fog?

NCT ID NCT06582615

Summary

This study is testing whether following a specific healthy eating plan called the MIND diet can help reduce thinking and memory problems (often called 'chemobrain'), fatigue, and other symptoms in women undergoing chemotherapy for triple-negative breast cancer. Researchers will compare 60 women who follow the 12-week MIND diet program remotely to a similar group receiving general health advice. The goal is to see if the diet helps ease treatment side effects and improves quality of life.
