Mind over migraine: new study tests relaxation therapy

Summary

This small study is testing a mind-body program for adults who have chronic migraines (at least 5 headache days per month). The goal is to see if the program is practical and helpful for reducing migraine-related disability and improving quality of life. Participants will attend remote sessions and fill out surveys about their headaches and daily activities.
