First seen Feb 19, 2026 · Last updated Jun 08, 2026 · Updated 19 times

Summary

This pilot study is testing whether a mind-body intervention can improve daily function and reduce pain in 40 adults with chronic upper extremity pain (like repetitive stress injury). Participants will learn mental techniques to manage pain and will be followed for changes in arm, shoulder, and hand disability. The goal is to see if this approach can ease symptoms without medication or surgery.
