First seen Jan 07, 2026 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 10 times
Summary
This study tests whether group sessions teaching mind-body skills (like breathing and meditation) can reduce PTSD and emotional problems in 120 adolescents aged 11-17 in Gaza who have experienced war trauma. Participants attend five group sessions and fill out questionnaires before, after, and two months later. Results will be compared to a control group that does not attend the sessions.
