Summary
This study tested a new medication called Mim8, given as a weekly or monthly injection under the skin, to prevent bleeding episodes in people with severe hemophilia A. It involved 275 male participants, including those with and without inhibitors to standard treatments. The main goal was to check the safety of Mim8 and see how the body processes it over time.
