Summary
This study looked at whether showing people their blood sugar levels in real time changes how they think about a milk drink with mulberry leaf extract. 170 healthy or prediabetic adults aged 45-75 took part. The goal was to see if seeing the drink's effect on glucose made people believe it was more beneficial.
