Summary
This study looked at whether showing people their real-time blood sugar levels changes how much they think a special milk with mulberry leaf extract helps them. 170 healthy adults aged 45-75 with normal blood sugar took part. The goal was to see if seeing the data makes people feel the milk is more beneficial.
