Summary

This study tests a special laser (micropulse) to treat diabetic macular edema, a common cause of vision loss in people with diabetes. The trial will include 50 adults with diabetes who have central retinal swelling. Researchers will measure changes in vision and retinal thickness to see if the laser helps control the condition.
