First seen Mar 23, 2026 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 2 times

Summary

This study tests whether very short, gentle exercise sessions (called microdoses) can improve physical fitness, reduce pain, and boost quality of life in women with fibromyalgia. Fibromyalgia causes widespread pain, fatigue, and sleep problems. The study will involve 36 women doing supervised knee exercises on a special machine, and researchers will measure changes in muscle strength, pain levels, and daily well-being.
