Summary

This study will test if a mobile app called MI MOM helps improve pregnancy and postpartum health. About 500 pregnant women on Medicaid will either use the app or receive standard care. The app provides health information, text messages, and optional support from a community health worker. Researchers will track health outcomes like complications and risky behaviors.
