NCT ID NCT06848491
Summary
This study is testing whether a 12-month, phone-based weight management program can help young adult cancer survivors (ages 18-39) who have overweight or obesity. Participants are randomly assigned to either a guided program with personalized goals, digital tools, and peer support, or a self-guided program with basic tools and education. The main goal is to see which approach leads to better weight control and improved health over one year.
