First seen Jan 08, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 22 times

Summary

This study tests whether a personalized smartphone app (iTAB-CV) plus self-monitoring helps people with bipolar disorder or major depression and high blood pressure take their medication more regularly and lower their blood pressure. About 176 adults aged 21-80 with both conditions are participating. The app provides reminders and tracking, and the study compares it to self-monitoring alone.
