Summary
This study tested whether text messages could help homeless adults with uncontrolled high blood pressure lower their numbers. About 120 participants received either standard healthy lifestyle texts or extra texts focused on blood pressure control. Researchers measured changes in blood pressure, medication adherence, and clinic attendance over six months.
