Summary

This study tested how easy and useful the MeTime MS app is for adults with multiple sclerosis who have fatigue and chronic pain. Ten participants used the app to guide them through either a relaxing or stimulating acupressure routine at home. After six weeks, researchers interviewed them to gather feedback on the app's usability.
