Summary

This study compares two oral medications, methotrexate and tofacitinib, in adults with moderate to severe plaque psoriasis that hasn't improved with topical treatments. About 88 participants will take one of the drugs for six months, and doctors will track skin clearing and side effects. The goal is to find which option offers better disease control.
