Summary

This study compares two oral medications, methotrexate and apremilast, to see which is more effective for moderate to severe plaque psoriasis. About 106 adults aged 18-60 with no recent systemic treatment will be followed for 12 weeks. The main goal is to see which drug achieves a 75% reduction in psoriasis severity (measured by PASI score).
