Summary

This study tests whether adding etanercept to standard methotrexate treatment works better than methotrexate alone for children with juvenile idiopathic arthritis. About 60 children aged 2-16 with newly diagnosed polyarticular JIA will be enrolled. The goal is to see if the combination helps more children achieve low disease activity over 6 months.
