Summary
This study compares two oral medications, methotrexate and apremilast, to see which one better reduces itching and improves quality of life in people with psoriasis. Eighty adults with psoriasis covering more than 8% of their body and related itching will take one of the two drugs for 8 weeks. The main goal is to measure changes in skin-related quality of life and itch severity.
