Summary
This study will give a single dose of oral methamphetamine to 20 people with HIV who are on effective antiretroviral therapy and have undetectable virus levels. The goal is to see if the drug can temporarily wake up dormant HIV hiding in cells, which could help researchers find new ways to target the viral reservoir. Participants will be closely monitored for changes in HIV activity and immune responses.
