Summary

This study compares two treatments—metformin and myo-inositol—for women with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS). PCOS can cause weight gain, excess hair, irregular periods, and fertility problems. The goal is to see which treatment better helps restore regular menstrual cycles and balance hormones. The study will include 60 women diagnosed with PCOS who have not yet received treatment.
