Summary
This study is testing a new type of talking therapy called Metacognitive Training for Eating Disorders (MCT-ED) in 14 teenagers with anorexia or atypical anorexia. The goal is to see if teens find the therapy helpful and acceptable, and if it's possible to run a larger study in the future. Participants will attend six online sessions to learn skills to change unhelpful thinking patterns related to their eating disorder.
