Summary

This study tests a drug called meplazumab in 18 adults with coronary artery disease (narrowed heart arteries). The drug targets inflammation in artery plaques, which may help slow disease progression. Participants receive the drug or a placebo for several months, and doctors use CT scans and blood tests to measure changes in plaque and inflammation. The goal is to see if the drug is safe and can reduce artery inflammation.
