Summary
This study tests whether a smartphone app called MENTINA can help people with current or past depression better manage their symptoms. About 660 adults from Denmark, Germany, and Spain will use the app for 12 months to track their mood and receive feedback. The goal is to see if the app reduces depressive symptoms and improves quality of life without serious side effects.
