First seen Jun 26, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This study tests whether mentally practicing walking while watching videos of people walking can improve gait in people with multiple sclerosis. Twenty participants will either watch walking videos and imagine themselves walking, or watch nature scenes. Researchers will measure muscle activity and walking patterns to see if the mental practice helps. It is an early, small study exploring a non-drug approach to mobility.
