NCT ID NCT06641726

Summary

This research study aims to collect health information and DNA samples from 50,000 people with serious mental illnesses like depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or dementia. Researchers will link this data with participants' medical records to look for patterns in genetics, biology, and life circumstances that might influence these conditions. The goal is to better understand these illnesses to improve future diagnosis and treatment options, but this study itself does not provide any direct treatment.
