Summary
This study looks at whether a team-based mental health program can help pregnant and new mothers living with HIV in Kenya feel better and stay healthy. About 900 women will receive extra mental health support alongside their regular HIV care. The goal is to reduce depression and anxiety, and improve HIV treatment success for both mother and baby.
