Summary
This study will enroll 2000 adults with major depressive disorder or bipolar depression to understand why some people respond to treatment and others do not. Researchers will analyze clinical symptoms, genetics, metabolism, and immune markers. Participants may also be contacted for future treatment trials. The goal is to improve diagnosis and develop better treatments.
