NCT ID NCT07161284
First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 09, 2026 · Updated 27 times
Summary
This study looks at whether having fellow doctors trained in Mental Health First Aid can help first-year medical residents feel better mentally. About 520 residents in Lyon, France, will be followed for a year to see if those with access to trained peers have less burnout, anxiety, and depression compared to those without. The goal is to find a simple, stigma-reducing way to support new doctors during their toughest training year.
