Summary

This study looks at whether personalized nutrition coaching can improve the mental wellbeing, muscle strength, and quality of life of family caregivers aged 65 and older. Participants will attend two one-on-one and three group nutrition sessions over ten months. Researchers will compare their health before and after the program to see if it helps them cope better with caregiving duties.
