Digital coaches aim to heal ICU Survivors' hidden wounds

NCT ID NCT07372586

Summary

This study is testing whether a digital mental health support program can help people recovering from a serious ICU stay. 150 patients will be randomly assigned to either use a special app with coaching and psychiatric support for 6 months, or receive standard follow-up care. Researchers will compare changes in symptoms of depression, anxiety, and PTSD between the two groups.
