NCT ID NCT05678374
First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 28 times
Summary
This study aims to understand why some people with Graves' disease continue to experience mental fatigue even after their thyroid levels return to normal. Researchers will compare blood and spinal fluid samples from 180 participants—60 with mental fatigue, 60 without, and 60 healthy controls—to find immune markers that might be linked to this lingering symptom. The goal is to identify potential targets for future treatments.
