Summary
This study aimed to understand if the age when a woman goes through menopause is linked to her levels of anxiety and depression. Researchers compared 136 women who experienced natural menopause after age 40 with those who had early menopause (before 40). The goal was to gather information to better support women's mental health during this life transition.
