Summary

This study looks at whether taking melatonin or vitamin D can help prevent heart damage in women being treated for breast cancer with the drug doxorubicin. The trial will include 90 women aged 18 to 65 who are scheduled to receive doxorubicin. Researchers will measure heart function and blood markers to see if either supplement offers protection.
