Melatonin for teens: does it really work?

Summary
This study looks at whether taking melatonin helps teenagers (ages 13-17) who have trouble sleeping fall asleep faster and sleep longer. Participants will take melatonin for two weeks and a placebo for two weeks, and their sleep will be tracked with a wrist monitor. The goal is to see if melatonin improves sleep and daytime functioning without serious side effects.
