First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study tests whether adding two experimental vaccines (IO102/IO103) to the standard drug combination of nivolumab and relatlimab can shrink or control advanced melanoma that cannot be removed by surgery. About 43 adults with untreated stage III or IV melanoma will receive the combination. The main goal is to see how many patients have their tumors shrink or disappear.
