This trial is testing whether a special laser microscope can quickly and accurately examine skin lesions, including benign tumors, basal cell carcinoma, melanoma, and squamous cell cancer. The goal is to see if this technique can determine the extent, structure, and type of a skin change without sending tissue samples for lengthy lab analysis. About 645 patients with benign or malignant skin tumors will take part.
