Summary

This study enrolls 200 people with acral or cutaneous melanoma who are starting standard immunotherapy. Researchers will collect blood samples every 3 weeks and tumor tissue after about 3 months of treatment. By analyzing circulating tumor cells, DNA, and other markers, they aim to develop a model that predicts how well a patient responds to therapy.
