Summary
This study tests two or three drugs (defactinib, avutometinib, and possibly encorafenib) in people with advanced melanoma that has spread to the brain. The goal is to see if these combinations can shrink brain tumors and how safe they are. About 33 adults whose melanoma worsened after immunotherapy are being enrolled.
