New hope for fighting melanoma in the brain

Summary
This early-stage trial is testing new combinations of targeted drugs for people with melanoma skin cancer that has spread to the brain. It aims to see if these drugs can shrink brain tumors in patients whose cancer has continued to grow despite prior immunotherapy. The study will also check how safe the drug combinations are for participants.
