This study compares the effects of Mediterranean and Paleolithic diets on rheumatoid arthritis (RA) symptoms, nutrition, and quality of life. Seventy-five adults aged 40-60 with RA will follow one of these diets or their usual diet for 12 weeks. Researchers will measure disease activity, blood markers, and patient well-being to see if dietary changes can help control RA.
