Mediterranean diet tested as endometriosis pain relief

Summary

This study tests whether switching to a Mediterranean diet can reduce pelvic pain in people with endometriosis. Twenty-four participants will either follow the diet for 12 weeks or stick with their usual eating habits. Researchers will measure pain, quality of life, and gut health to see if the diet helps and if a larger study is possible.
