Summary
This study is testing whether a 10-session meditative neurofeedback program can help reduce depression symptoms. Researchers are enrolling 27 adults with moderate depression to try this brain-training approach. The program aims to improve mood while also reducing repetitive negative thoughts and increasing mindfulness.
