Brain-Sensing headband aims to soothe cancer Survivors' anxiety and sleepless nights

Summary
This small, early study is testing whether a wearable headband that guides meditation can help breast cancer survivors manage anxiety and insomnia. Forty participants who report these symptoms will use the headband at night and for short daily meditations over 8 weeks. The main goal is to see if the device is easy and practical to use, and if it helps improve sleep and reduce worry.
