Summary

This study tests a new way to treat depression by combining brain stimulation (TMS) with a meditation-like state of focused attention. The goal is to improve how well TMS works for people with moderate to severe depression who haven't gotten better with antidepressants. About 50 participants will receive the combined treatment, and researchers will measure changes in depression symptoms and brain activity.
