Scientists test meal sizes to find best research method
NCT ID NCT06223555
Summary
This study aims to find the best way to conduct a standard meal test used in nutrition research. Healthy volunteers will eat two different test meals—one a fixed size for everyone and one adjusted to their body's needs—while researchers measure their blood sugar response. The goal is to determine which method produces more reliable results for future studies on metabolism and obesity.
