First seen May 17, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study looked at whether changing how often women eat (meal frequency) can improve their confidence in sticking to a diet and reduce stress. 72 women aged 25-55 with a history of weight cycling (repeated weight loss and regain) and a BMI between 25-35 took part. The goal was to see if a specific meal schedule helps with long-term weight management by making the diet feel easier and less stressful.
