First seen Feb 25, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 12 times

Summary

This study tests whether measuring certain stem cells in people with myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS) can better predict disease relapse after a stem cell transplant. Researchers will use a special blood test to track these cells before and after transplant in 163 patients. The goal is to see if this method is more accurate than current standard tests for guiding treatment decisions.
