Summary

This study aims to learn more about myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS) by following people with the condition for up to 20 years. Researchers will collect blood, bone marrow, and other samples to better understand how MDS progresses. Up to 1,100 participants, including healthy donors, will take part. No experimental treatments are given; the goal is to gather information for future therapies.
