Summary

This study compares two common physical therapy techniques—McKenzie exercises and Maitland mobilization—for treating chronic non-specific neck pain in young adults. Researchers will measure pain, neck movement, function, and joint position sense in 45 participants aged 18 to 29. The goal is to find which approach provides better relief and improved neck function.
